Lots of Tears and Laughter at Germantown INFLUENCE #7 event

Raising The Steaks Fundraising hosted another great INFLUENCE event at the Old Town Beer Hall in Germantown.  We had over 75 coaches from around SE Wisconsin attend our 7th INFLUENCE event.  Jake Davis head football coach from Germantown started out the evening giving an incredibly passionate and vulnerable presentation on the ‘Growth Mindset’.  Jake Piittman from Kewaskum High School Football presented on their F.A.M.I.L.Y. leadership program.  Ed Garza from Healing Patriots also knocked it out of the park presenting on their non-profit organization which helps wounded vets adjust to life after returning home.  Lucas Jadin from Train 2 to be Clutch presented on Mental toughness and had the group laughing and very engaged with many different audience participation.

All of the speakers emphasized the importance showing love, listening and holding each other accountable.   NO X’s and O’s or Win/Loss records are ever discussed at an INFLUENCE event.  The impact that we have as coaches and leaders in creating positive young adult, is much more important than any scoreboard will ever be.  TeamEscape 262 of Menomonee Falls www.teamescape262.com was on hand and presented on their “Coach Special” programs which offers heavily discounted escape room / team building programs to high School leadership councils.

Our next INFLUENCE event will be geared differently as we will be bringing in students from leadership councils and team captain groups.  This is tentatively being planned for Hollandtown the week of June 11th.  Final dates and times to be determined.

Raising The Steaks Fundraising is located in Menomonee Falls.  We offer full service fundraising which includes cookie dough, discount cards, Custom School Cup programs just to mention a few.
